- Each doctor will have his own station for Practical training.

HANDS-ON TRAINING
Introduction
- Fundamentals of Laparoscopic surgery.
- Recognition and training on laparoscopic instruments.
Theoretical & Supervised Hands-on Training
- Laparoscopic surgery setup, patient preparation and patient positioning.
- Port Insertion, Proper port size, site and peritoneal cavity inflation.
- Tools Handling.
- Basic Hand-eye coordination Practical Training. and double handed operation.
- Cutting and Dissection.
- Grasping and pulling structures safely.
- Needle handling & needle mounting
- Suturing Intra-abdominally
- Extracorporeal suturing
- Ligation
- Drainage application .
Free unsupervised practical training on the skills
- full day of free unsupervised practical training on skills learnt on our Laparoscopic Simulation Kit. (LAP AID)
Practical Test Mockup FLS Exam
- Timed practical exercises to test your skills.
- MCQ test on the Laparoscopic instruments and basics of laparoscopic surgery.

12:00 pm – 1:00pm: Fundamentals of Laparoscopic surgery
1:00 pm – 1:30pm: Recognition and training on laparoscopic instruments.
1:30 am – 2:00pm: Laparoscopic surgery setup, patient preparation and patient positioning.
2:00 pm – 2:30pm: Ergonomics, Port Insertion, Proper port size & site
2:30 pm – 3:00pm: coffee break.
Hands-on Workshop
3:00 pm – 4:00pm: Tools Handling & basic Hand-eye coordination Practical Training. and double handed operation.
4:00 pm – 5:00pm: Grasping and pulling structures safely.
Hands-on Workshop
9:30 am – 10:30am: Veress needle application, peritoneal cavity inflation
10:30 am – 11:00am: Drainage application
11:00 am – 1:00pm: supervised practical training on skills learnt
1:00 pm – 1:30pm: coffee break & prayer.
1:30 pm – 2:30pm: supervised practical training on skills learnt
Hands-on Workshop
9:30 am – 10:30am: Ligation & clip application
10:30 am – 11:30am: needle handling, needle mounting, surgical knot and Suturing Intra-abdominally
12:00 pm – 12:30pm: coffee break.
12:30 pm – 2:30pm: supervised practical training on skills learnt.
