Refund policy

  1.  The full amount of the reservation may be refunded ONLY IF you notified us about the cancellation at least 12 days before the course date.
  2. The amount of the reservation WILL NOT be refunded otherwise .
  3. The transfer is made in the same payment method in which the reservation was made.
  4. To cancel, please send us on WhatsApp on our number 01020819830  or on our Instagram page.
  5. Transferring your seat to another doctor is accepted at least 48 hrs before the course date after the administration approval only.

1-      يجوز استرجاع كامل مبلغ الحجز فقط في حال تم الإبلاغ بالإلغاء قبل ميعاد الكورس ب7 أيام على الأقل.

2-    لا يجوز استرجاع مبلغ الحجز في غير هذه الأحوال.

3-    يتم التحويل بنفس طريقة الدفع التي تم بها الحجز.

4-    للإلغاء يرجى مراسلتنا على الوتس اب  على رقمنا 01020819830 او على صفحتنا على الانستجرام.
